WHERE WE SHIP
Artify Labs currently ships online orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

SHIP-FROM LOCATION
Orders are dispatched from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING COST
For the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, standard tracked shipping costs USD $9 for orders below USD $50. Standard tracked shipping is free for orders of USD $50 or more. The order threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME
United States: 10-12 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: 10-12 business days after dispatch.
Canada: 10-12 business days after dispatch.
Australia: 10-12 business days after dispatch.

Estimated total delivery time is the 2-business-day processing period plus the applicable 10-12-business-day transit period. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING
Tracking information is provided after shipment. Tracking may require a short period to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.

DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
Artify Labs is responsible for applicable import duties charged for eligible orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us at 80300583@qq.com with the order number and supporting information.
