RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want customers to receive products that match their order and arrive in good condition.

RETURN REQUEST PERIOD
You must contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
We accept claims when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered. Please email 80300583@qq.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product and packaging.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-quality reasons are not accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Crystal products are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Used products, products without original packaging, personalized products, and items damaged after delivery are also non-returnable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

RETURN CONDITIONS AND ADDRESS
An eligible returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Approved returns must be sent to our designated return address in China. Do not return an item before receiving return instructions from us.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide another resolution.

REFUNDS
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the entire order was incorrect or defective.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Contact us as soon as possible at 80300583@qq.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and this Return and Refund Policy applies.
