By visiting artify-labs.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. You must provide accurate and complete order, billing, and delivery information and use the store only for lawful purposes.

3. PRODUCTS
Artify Labs manufactures and sells creative products and accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. We may update product information or discontinue products when necessary.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, inventory is unavailable, or fraud is suspected. Customers may request cancellation before shipment by contacting us promptly. Orders cannot normally be cancelled after shipment.

5. PRICES, SHIPPING, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We currently sell to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Orders are processed within 2 business days and estimated transit time is 10-12 business days. Tracking is provided. Artify Labs is responsible for applicable import duties charged for eligible orders to these destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days after delivery. Returns for change of mind or other non-quality reasons are not accepted. Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported with the order number and clear evidence. Crystals are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved returns are sent to China. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Store content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, and designs are owned by or licensed to Artify Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, logistics, and support services. Those providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their own terms. Purchases are made directly from Artify Labs, not Shopify.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artify Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, service interruptions, or force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered location of Yiwu Hexun E-commerce Co., Ltd. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's country continue to apply where required by law.
